• Reconfiguration of Corporate Network: Addressed the need for an updated and efficient corporate network to support the organization’s operational capabilities.

• Installation of Video Conference and Meeting Room Equipment: Set up advanced AV technology in shared meeting spaces and boardrooms to enhance collaboration and communication.

• Fit Out of Gym AV Equipment: Installed essential audio-visual equipment in the gym area to improve user experience and functionality.

• Coordinating Relocation of Workforce: Managed the logistics and coordination necessary to facilitate a seamless transition for employees moving into the new office space.

• CCTV and Network Hardware Installation: Successfully completed the installation of CCTV and network hardware in a London warehouse, enhancing security and monitoring capabilities.

• Network Solution Installation: Deployed a comprehensive network solution for the Glasgow remote office to ensure connectivity and operational efficiency.

• IT Systems Infrastructure Design & Implementation (2015): Led the design and implementation of IT infrastructure for the relocation of the head office to Banbridge. This included:
o Comms room design and installation of hardware
o Distributed UPS solution implementation
o Coordination of access control, CCTV, telephony, and IT services
o Part of the coordination team responsible for relocating 300 employees from the previous Castlewellan site.
